Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Please use our Return Portal to initiate your request.  All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of order and shipped back to us within 14 days of return approval/submission to qualify.   If the order has multiple shipments and arrives at different times, the 14-day window will begin when the final package is shown as delivered.


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be unwashed or worn and with tags and have no odors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return from receipt of the return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued on damaged items.  If you are eligible for a refund it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

If you are not eligible for a refund then you will be issued a store credit.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

**All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, personal care items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.**

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item or if Re:do was checked at the time the order was placed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
